9/20/08 So, I'm just wondering, and please don't think I'm being pushy, but I wouldn't mind a head count of people who are either going to enter or are working on something...there's been a lot of maybes, but no definite answers. The only reason I'm so adamant about this particular contest is because I really can't extend the deadline since it's a Halloween contest, and it ends the 25th, and I want it to end on a weekend, because school's back in and during the weekdays, I, nor many others, don't have as much time.

If this contest doesn't get any entries then we'll come up with something else, we as in you guys and I, because I want this club to be us all interacting, not just me making all the contests and things like that. So if you have an idea, please let me know. Comment or note. :]



9/11/08 So far we have 83 members, which compared to other clubs isn't a lot, but for only being open since May, I think we've done a pretty good job. :] Thank you guys for joining/submitting, we greatly appreciate it.

Also, don't forget about out first contest going on, there's still over a month to get entries in so gogogo!



8/19/08 and 8/20/08 We have a question for you guys. We have had a few people say that they were going to try and enter the contest, and we're just wondering who else is going to enter, or at least try and enter? Just leave a comment here.

Also we received new prize donations from *Luvelia, ~PsychoticSoulReaper, and *xdollfacex, so many thanks to all of them! Be sure to go check out their work sometime. =] And if anyone else would like to donate something, please let us know via note here.

And last, but certainly not least, *LxLight is back up and running from the ban they were under from the cause of a misunderstanding, so go give them some love. =]

8/16/08 Okay, we're still planning the contest, we're trying to think of an interesting theme that can apply to all couples. Aaaanyways, in the mean time, check out this totally cracked-out video made by ~wolvenlied [link] .

[General Rules]

1. You must like Death Note and yaoi, obviously.
2. Have an open mind, we all like different pairings.
3. No flaming or drama whatsoever!! If you cause drama in this club you will be banned, no second chances.
4. Your submissions HAVE to have some sort of yaoi in it, not L and Light just standing there [unless they're holding hands ].
4A. The only exception for single character deviations is if the character is being sexy for another. [Example: [link] ]
4B. You can have female characters in the deviation, but they cannot be the main focus.
5. Deviations can be drawings, sketches, comics, writings, photography, apparel, culinary, whichever medium is your niche, we do not discriminate!
6. Please be mindful of dA's rules, because we do not want the club to be taken down.

1. Send a note to the club entitled "join".
2. Watch the club!

1. Send a note to the club entitled "submission".
2. Post a link to the deviation in the note.
3. For the sake of copyright please put: "I give ~DeathNoteYaoiClub permission to post this in their gallery." or something of that extent in the artist's comments.
4. Make sure your submission follows dA's rules as well.
